Update November 20th: Hello future family! I’ve been at my foster home for about a month now, and I’m a completely different cat! I am ridiculously playful and my bad habits include biting, but that’s because I get a little too excited. I still go up and look for attention all the time, and come to my name most the time. (Let’s be honest, it’s when I feel like it cause I’m a cat). I now play with string toys, floor toys aren’t entertaining enough. I will however run from one end of the house to the other repeatedly and enjoy all the people food I’m allowed. Another feature that hasn’t changed is being involved in everything. If mom is cooking, I’ll visit. If mom is working out I’ll try and play with her feet. If mom is studying I’ll demand to be picked up, but only for 3.5 seconds. I am a very clean cat with tons of energy, still looking for a forever family!

My name is Bane and I am just over a year old. At this point I haven’t been at my foster home very long, but I’m just starting to settle in. At first I was really shy and liked to hide, but now I’m much better. I like to sleep in the bed, and be involved with everything. When my foster mom is busy and I want attention, I put my paws on her and it never fails to get me my loving. I don’t like to play with toys so far, but occassionally find Moms hand tasty! We don’t yet know how I am with other cats or dogs. I’m looking for a nice indoor only home that can adore me as much as I do them!

Please note: If other cats/dogs in your home are not spayed/neutered, we will deny your application. SCARS exists due to lack of spaying/neutering and it is our goal to end this cycle. If there is a documented medical reason for your animal to not be spayed/neutered, we will work with you.
